Short bio

Eider Nuñez is a postdoctoral fellow in the group led by Dr. Alvaro Villarroel. She obtained her PhD in the same group, funded by a predoctoral grant from the Basque Government. Her research focuses on Calcium signal transduction in voltage gated K+ channels. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), a Master of Science in Biomedicine at the University of Cantabria. She did the master thesis in Äbo Akademi (Finland) in 2015.
