Short bio
Uxue Ballesteros is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Alicia Alonso’s research group. Her research focuses on autophagy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), a Master of Science in Biomedicine and Molecular Biology at the University of the Basque Country and her PhD, funded by a predoctoral grant from the University of the Basque Country, in the same University.
